51. הודעה על הרשעה בפלילים
הורשע בעל רישיון או מנהל השירות בעבירה או שבית המשפט דחה ערעור על הרשעה כאמור, ימציא התובע לרשם העתק מפסק הדין; לענין סעיף זה, ”עבירה“ –
(1)עבירה לפי חוק הגנת הפרטיות;
(2)עבירה לפי חוק זה;
(3)עבירה לפי סעיפים 236 עד 253, 290 עד 297, 414 עד 446 לחוק העונשין.
