מועצת המדינה הזמנית מחוקקת בזה לאמור:
לפי פקודת פקידי ממשלה (שנוי תוארים), 1940, יראו כאילו במקום ”שר הדתות“ בא ”שר לעניני דתות“ (ק״ת תשמ״א, 1348). סמכויות השר לעניני דתות הועברו לראש הממשלה (י״פ תשס״ד, 1642) וממנו לשר לשירותי דת (י״פ תשע״ג, 5336).
1. הבטחת מאכל כשר
לכל החיילים היהודים בצבא־הגנה לישראל יש להבטיח מאכל כשר.
2. ביצוע
שר הבטחון ושר הדתות [קרי: והשר לעניני דתות] ממונים על ביצוע פקודה זו.
3. תוקף הפקודה
תקפה של פקודה זו הוא מיום ט״ז בחשון תש״ט (18 בנובמבר 1948).
4. שם
פקודה זו תיקרא בשם ”פקודת מאכל כשר לחיילים, תש״ט–1948“.
