1. השם הקצר
פקודה זו תקרא ”פקודת חוק המשפחה המושלמי (שימושו)“.
2. השמוש בחוק לגבי מושלמים
הוראות חוק המשפחה המושלמי, 1333, (עניני כספים) בדבר המצב האישי של מושלמים ינהגו על פיהן בבתי הדין השרעיים.
3. החוק לא ינהג לגבי לא מושלמים
הוראות החק האמור הדנות בעניני המעמד האישי של לא־מושלמים ובדבר השיפוט באותם ענינים לא ינהגו על פיהן.
