מידע על החלטה שלא לחקור או שלא להעמיד לדין כאמור בסעיפים 59 ו־62 לחוק סדר הדין הפלילי [נוסח משולב], התשמ״ב–1982, מידע על סגירת תיק בהסדר לפי סימן א׳1 בפרק ד׳ לאותו חוק וכן מידע על משפט שבו עוכבו ההליכים לפי סעיף 231 לאותו חוק, לא יימסר אלא לגופים המפורטים בתוספת השלישית.
