11. מידע על חקירות ומשפטים תלויים ועומדים
המשטרה או גוף שרשאי למסור מידע לפי חוק זה רשאים למסור למי שזכאי לקבל מידע לפי חוק זה גם פרטים בדבר משפטים וחקירות פליליים התלויים ועומדים בענינים שההרשעות בהם הן פרט רישום לפי סעיף 2.
