1. הגדרה
בחוק זה, ”מקרר“ – מיתקן סגור המשמש להחסנה לשם קירור.
2. תנאי לייצור מקררים או העברתם
לא ייצר אדם מקרר, ולא יעבירנו לאחר, אלא אם נקבע בו מנגנון המאפשר לפתוח דלתו מבפנים, בהתאם לתקנות.
פורסמו תקנות למניעת מפגעים (בטיחות מקררים) (מנגנון לפתיחת הדלת מבפנים), תשכ״ו–1965.
3. תנאי להפקרת מקרר
לא יפקיר אדם מקרר, ולא יזניחנו, אלא לאחר שהוריד דלתו של המקרר.
4. עונשין
העובר על הוראה מהוראות חוק זה, דינו – מאסר ששה חדשים או קנס חמשת אלפים לירות.
5. ביצוע
שר המסחר והתעשיה ממונה על ביצוע חוק זה והוא רשאי להתקין תקנות לביצועו.
נתקבל בכנסת ביום ו׳ בתמוז תשכ״ה (6 ביולי 1965).
