10. מידע למבקרים ולציבור הרחב
(א)לרשות המבקרים במוזיאון יעמוד מידע בכתב על הפעילויות המתקיימות במוזיאון ועל התצוגות הנערכות אותה שעה; המידע יכלול בין היתר, שמות התצוגות, פרטים מזהים על המוצגים שבהן ודברי הסבר.
(ב)הנהלת מוזיאון תקבע נוהלים למסירת מידע כאמור לציבור לרבות הדרכים והתנאים לכך.
(ג)מי שנפגע מהחלטתה של הנהלת מוזיאון לסרב למסור מידע על פי פנייתו או מהתנאת את מסירת המידע בתנאי, רשאי לערער על הסירוב או על ההתנאה לפני המנהל.
