9. רישום מיוחד של תצוגות
(א)הנהלת מוזיאון תערוך רישום מיוחד ונפרד של מוצגים הנמצאים בתצוגה הפתוחה לציבור.
(ב)רישום מיוחד יכלול רשימה מפורטת של המוצגים שבתצוגה, סימניהם המזהים, מקומו של כל מוצג בתצוגה וכל פרט אחר שיש בו לדעתה של הנהלת המוזיאון כדי לפקח על שלמות התצוגה.
(ג)ברישום לפי תקנה זו יכללו, במידת האפשר, צילומים של התצוגה.
