44ב. הארכת ההתליה
תיקון: תשמ״ז
הותלה רשיונו של רופא לפי סעיף 44א, או הוגבל תחום עיסוקו והוגשה נגדו קובלנה לפי סעיף 41, רשאי המנהל, על פי המלצת הועדה שהוקמה לפי סעיף 44(א), להאריך את תקופת ההתליה או ההגבלה עד להחלטת השר לפי סעיף 41, או לבטל את ההתליה או ההגבלה.
