44ג. ערעור על התליית רישיון או הגבלתו בידי המנהל
תיקון: תשמ״ז, תשס״ה, תשפ״ב
(א)רופא שרשיונו הותלה או הוגבל לפי סעיף 44א, 44ב או 44ד, רשאי לערער על ההתליה או ההגבלה לפני בית משפט מחוזי.
(ב)בית המשפט המחוזי רשאי לבטל את ההתליה או ההגבלה, לשנותה או לקבוע בה תנאים.
(ג)ההתליה או ההגבלה תעמוד בעינה עד להחלטה סופית בערעור זולת אם החליט בית המשפט אחרת.
(ד)שר המשפטים רשאי להתקין תקנות בדבר המועד להגשת ערעורים לפי סעיף זה ואת סדרי הדין בהם.
