21ב. תחולת החוק על מערך הסייבר הלאומי
תיקון: תשע״ו, תשע״ט
(א)חוק זה יחול על מערך הסייבר הלאומי, בשינויים אלה:
(1)ראש מערך הסייבר הלאומי או מי שהוא הסמיך לכך ישמש קצין מוסמך וימנה ממונה ביטחון ומאבטח במערך הסייבר הלאומי;
(2)ממונה ביטחון במערך הסייבר הלאומי יהיה אחראי על ארגון וביצוע פעולות אבטחה פיזית, פעולות לאבטחת מידע ופעולות לאבטחת מערכות ממוחשבות חיוניות, וכן על הפיקוח על פעולות אלה;
(3)הוראות סעיפים 10א ו־15 לא יחולו על מערך הסייבר הלאומי לעניין סעיף זה.
