17ב. סייג לתחולת סעיפים 17 ו־17א
תיקון: תשס״ח
הוראות סעיפים 17 ו־17א לא יחולו לעניין החלטה על מתן צו הבאה לקטין בהתאם להוראות סעיף 73א לחוק בתי המשפט או על מתן צו מעצר או צו חיפוש בנוגע לקטין, או צו אחר שניתן על פי כל דין במעמד צד אחד או שלא בנוכחות הקטין, שהוחלט לתתה שלא בנוכחות הקטין בהתאם להוראות כל דין.
