35. ועדת שחרורים
תיקון: תשס״ח
(א)שר הרווחה והשירותים החברתיים יקים ועדות שחרורים לענין חוק זה ויקבע את אזורי פעולתן.
(ב)ועדת שחרורים תהיה של חמישה; יושב ראש הועדה יהיה שופט שמינה שר המשפטים ושאר חבריה יהיו קצין מבחן, רופא, מחנך ואדם אחר שמינה שר הרווחה והשירותים החברתיים.
(ג)הודעה בדבר הקמת ועדת שחרורים ובדבר הרכבה תפורסם ברשומות.
(ד)המנין החוקי בישיבות של ועדת השחרורים יהיה שלושה וביניהם היושב ראש.
