7. ביטול עסקה בתשלום נדחה
הודיע הלקוח למנפיק על ביטול העסקה כאמור בסעיף 10 לחוק, רשאי המנפיק לדרוש מהלקוח אישור בכתב בדבר קיום התנאים המפורטים בסעיף האמור.
