9. מסירת עותק של חוזה
(א)המנפיק ימסור ללקוח העתק מנוסח של חוזה כרטיס חיוב עליו חתם הלקוח.
(ב)הוראת תקנת משנה (א) תחול רק לגבי חוזה כרטיס חיוב שנחתם לאחר תחילת החוק.
