2ה. הוועדה המשרדית לבדיקת מידע פלילי
תיקון: תשפ״ד
(החל מיום 2.1.2027):
(א)תוקם ועדה שחבריה הם הממונה, היועץ המשפטי של המשרד או נציגו וראש אגף הביטחון של המשרד; תפקיד הוועדה יהיה לבדוק מידע פלילי לפי הוראות סימנים א׳ עד ג׳ ו־ו׳ לפרק זה; בדיקת המידע הפלילי תיעשה על ידי הוועדה המשרדית בלבד.
(ב)הוועדה המשרדית תשמור על סודיות המידע שנמסר לה לפי סעיף זה, לא תגלה אותו ולא תעבירו לאחר, אלא לצורך ביצוע תפקידיה.
