3. הודעה על העדר תעודת הסמכה
תיקון: תשפ״ד
(יבוטל ביום 2.1.2027): מי שעוסק, בין בשכר ובין שלא בשכר, כמאמן או כמדריך ספורט במסגרת פעילות ספורט מאורגנת או פעילות ספורט במכון ספורט או במועדון ספורט, בענף ספורט שלא ניתן לגביו צו כאמור בסעיף 2, ואין בידו תעודת הסמכה, יודיע על כך מראש למי שמבקש להעסיקו או לקבל ממנו שירות.
