6. כהונת הסניגור הציבורי הארצי
(א)תקופת כהונתו של הסניגור הציבורי הארצי תהיה חמש שנים והיא ניתנת להארכה לחמש שנים נוספות.
(ב)כהונת הסניגור הציבורי הארצי תסתיים באחד מאלה:
(1)בתום תקופת כהונתו כאמור בסעיף קטן (א);
(2)בהתפטרותו;
(3)בצאתו לקיצבה;
(4)בהחלטה של ועדת הסניגוריה הציבורית.
