7. סמכויות הסניגור הציבורי הארצי
(א)הסניגור הציבורי הארצי ינהל את הסניגוריה הציבורית, יתווה את מדיניותה, ידאג להדרכת עובדיה ויפקח על רמתם המקצועית של כל עורכי הדין הפועלים מטעמה.
(ב)לסניגור הציבורי הארצי יהיו גם הסמכויות הנתונות לסניגור ציבורי מחוזי.
(ג)מידע שהגיע לסניגור הציבורי הארצי מסניגור ציבורי ישמש לו לצורך מילוי תפקידו בלבד.
