2. כשירות לרשיון מורה דרך
תיקון: תשמ״ח
הממונה רשאי לתת למבקש רשיון מורה דרך אם התקיימו בו כל אלה:
(1)הוא תושב ישראל;
(2)מלאו לו 21 שנים;
(3)אין לגביו רישום במרשם הפלילי על עבירה שיש עמה קלון;
(4)עמד בבחינות לפי תקנות אלה.
