4ב. תנאים למינוי ממונה הגנת הסביבה
תיקון: תשע״ו־2
לא ימונה ממונה הגנת הסביבה לפי הוראות סעיף 4א, אלא אם כן מתקיימים בו כל אלה:
(1)הוא לא הורשע בעבירה שמפאת מהותה, חומרתה או נסיבותיה אין הוא ראוי, לדעת השר, להיות ממונה הגנת הסביבה;
(2)הוא קיבל הכשרה מתאימה בתחום הסמכויות שיהיו נתונות לו לפי סעיף 5, כפי שהורה השר;
(3)הוא עומד בתנאי כשירות נוספים כפי שהורה השר.
