207. האחראי לקביעת התוצאות
תיקון: תשנ״ז־2
קביעת תוצאות הבחירות תיעשה בידי מנהל הבחירות בהתייעצות עם ועדת הבחירות; קביעת התוצאות תיעשה על פי הנתונים שבפרוטוקולי ההצבעה שנתקבלו מהקלפיות השונות, לאחר שנבחנו ונבדקו בידי מנהל הבחירות, ואם יש צורך בכך לאחר בחינה של חומר נוסף מתוך חומר ההצבעה העיקרי.
