1. איסור
תיקון: תשס״ה
(א)לא ימכור אדם ולא יפיץ ספרי תורה או מגילות תוך הצגתם ככשרים אלא אם כן הם כשרים לפי דין תורה.
(ב)לא ימכור אדם ולא יפיץ תפילין או מזוזות אם לא אישרה הרבנות הראשית או רבנות מקומית את כשרותם.
