תיקון: תשכ״ב
עד שייבחר ראש המועצה לפי סעיף 110, יכהן כראש המועצה האדם שנשא בכהונה זו במועד הבחירות, אם נבחר למועצה החדשה, ואם לא נבחר – האדם שהשר ימנהו לכך.
