112. ראש המועצה
תיקון: תשכ״ב, תשל״ט־2
(א)המועצה תפעל באמצעות ראש המועצה; אין בהוראה זו כדי לפגוע בסמכויות המועצה לפי חוק התכנון והבניה, תשכ״ה–1965, או לפי כל דין אחר.
(ב)ראש המועצה יהיה אחראי לכך שהתפקידים שהוטלו על המועצה בצו זה או בכל דין אחר יבוצעו כראוי.
