16. מהי הפרוצידורה כשעורך פוסק להיות מוכשר לערוך את העתון
תיקון: תש״ח
משפסק עורך עתון להיות מחונן באחת מסגולות ההכשרה הדרושות עפ״י הוראות סעיף 5(1)(ב) יחשב הרשיון לפרסם את העתון שהוא עורכו כרשיון מבוטל, אלא אם כן מינה בעל העתון עורך חדש לעתונו תוך ארבעה עשר יום למן היום שבו פסקה סגולת ההכשרה של העורך, ומסר לממונה על המחוז הצהרה מאותו עורך חדש ערוכה עפ״י סעיף 5(1)(ב).
