17. הכחשות
כשיש למזכיר הראשי טעם להאמין כי ידיעה המופיעה בעתון והמכילה האשמה עובדתית, אינה נכונה, רשאי הוא לדרוש מאת עורך העתון ההוא לפרסם בחנם את ההכחשה שהמזכיר הראשי יראה צורך בפרסומה משום טובת עניני הצבור, ועל העורך לפרסם את ההכחשה בגליון המופיע מיד לאחר קבלת הבקשה הזאת.
