תיקון: תשע״א־2
הנושא במסילה דבר מסוכן או פוגע, או מוסר דבר כאמור להובלה בלי להצהיר בכתב במפורש מה טיבו, דינו – הקנס הקבוע בסעיף 61(א)(1) לחוק העונשין, והוא יהיה אחראי לכל אבדן, חבלה או נזק שנגרמו מחמת שהובא הדבר אל המסילה.
