תיקון: תשע״א־2
מי שבמזיד רוכב על בהמה, אופניים, עגלה או רכב אחר, או נוהג בהם, על מסילה, או חוצה מסילה כאמור במקום שלא נועד לחציה, דינו – הקנס הקבוע בסעיף 61(א)(1) לחוק העונשין.
