כל תובענה ואישום שאפשר להגיש לפי פקודה זו נגד אדם בשל מעשה, מחדל או נסיון – להוציא אישום לפי סעיפים 27 עד 35 – יוגשו תוך שנה אחרי האירוע נושא התלונה.
