24. פיצויים
על אף. כל דין לא יהיה ארגון עובדים או ארגון מעבידים חייב בפיצויים על הפרת חובותיו לפי הסכם קיבוצי, אלא במידה שהתחייב בהם במפורש בהסכם קיבוצי כללי.
