25. הסמכות להרחיב הסכם קיבוצי
תיקון: תשע״ד
שר העבודה רשאי, ביזמתו הוא או לפי בקשת בעל הסכם קיבוצי כללי, להרחיב, בצו, היקף תחולתה של כל הוראה שבהסכם קיבוצי כללי (להלן – צו הרחבה), אם לדעתו נכון לעשות כן בשים לב למספר העובדים והמעסיקים, שעליהם חל ההסכם הקיבוצי הנדון, ולמשקלו של ההסכם בהסדר יחסי העבודה ובקביעת התנאים בשוק העבודה; השר רשאי לעשות כך בין שההסכם תקף ובין שהותנה תקפו במתן צו הרחבה.
