22. העברת סמכויות
(א)שר העבודה רשאי להעביר לאחר את הסמכויות הנתונות לו על פי חוק זה, חוץ מן הסמכות להתקין תקנות, ליתן היתר כללי ולפרסם הודעה על פי סעיף 11(ב).
(ב)הודעה על העברת סמכויות על פי סעיף קטן (א) תפורסם ברשומות.
