22א. פרסום מידע על זכויות לפי חוק זה
תיקון: תשס״ז־8
(א)שר התעשיה המסחר והתעסוקה יפרסם מידע על זכויות לפי חוק זה בדרכים אלה, כולן או חלקן:
(1)פרסום באמצעי התקשורת;
(2)הפצת עלוני מידע;
(3)הפעלת מוקד מידע שבו ינתן מענה טלפוני לפניות הציבור בנושא זכויות לפי חוק זה;
(4)פרסום מידע באתר האינטרנט של משרד המתעשיה המסחר והתעסוקה.
(ב)שר התעשיה המסחר והתעסוקה ידווח לוועדת העבודה הרווחה והבריאות של הכנסת, ב־1 בינואר של כל שנה, על ביצוע הוראות סעיף זה בשנה שקדמה לה.
