8א. תשלומי חובה, חילוטים וגמולים
תיקון: תשמ״א
(א)מקום שחיקוק מחייב אדם בתשלום היטל, אגרה, עמלה או גמול כספי אחר בעד פעולה של עובד ציבורי או של משרד ציבורי, ומקום שבית המשפט או רשות אחרת הטילו קנס או תשלום אחר או פסקו חילוט – יימסר הכסף או המחולט או תמורתו לאוצר המדינה או יועמד לרשותו, אם אין הוראה אחרת משתמעת.
(ב)הוראת סעיף קטן (א) אינה גורעת מכוחה של הוראה המזכה אדם לקבל, או מתירה לתת לו, חלק מן הקנס או מן התמורה.
