8. אישור עסקות
(א)עסקה מן העסקות שמדובר בהן בסעיף 4 או 5, שנתקיימו בה שלושה אלה:
(1)עשוה או דימו לעשותה לפני תחילת תקפו של חוק זה;
(2)שר האוצר או מי שנתמנה על ידיו העיד עליה, שתעודה חתומה בידו, כי עשוה או דימו לעשותה בשביל המדינה או בשמה;
(3)היא היתה נעשית כדין אילו מי שעשה אותה או דימה לעשותה בשביל המדינה או בשמה היה מוסמך לכך;
רואים אותה כאילו נעשתה כדין.
(ב)הודעה על מינוי לפי סעיף קטן (א)(2) תפורסם ברשומות.
