102. חישוב תקופת התמחות
תיקון: תשכ״ג־2
מי שהתחיל התמחותו לפני תחילתו של חוק זה, תיחשב לו התמחותו בהתאם לתקנות לפי פקודת המועצה המשפטית, 1938, כהתמחות לפי חוק זה; מי שקוצרה תקופת התמחותו על־ידי המועצה המשפטית, תקוצר באותה תקופה גם התמחותו לפי חוק זה, ובלבד שהתחיל התמחותו לפני תחילתו של חוק זה או תוך שנתיים לאחר תחילתו, וסעיף 35(ג) לא יחול עליו.
