17. תום כהונת חברי בתי הדין המשמעתיים
תיקון: תשכ״ח, תשל״ו־2, תשמ״ז, תשס״ח
(א)תקופת כהונתם של חברי בתי הדין המשמעתיים תהא עד למינוי אחרים תחתם.
(ב)חבר בית דין משמעתי שהחל לדון בענין פלוני רשאי לסיימו גם לאחר שתמה תקופת כהונתו.
(ג)(בוטל).
