19ח. הפסקת כהונה בשל הרשעה
תיקון: תשע״ו
על אף האמור בסעיפים 19א(ג), 19ד(ג), 19ה(ג) ו־19ו(ח), בעל תפקיד יחדל לכהן לפני תום תקופת כהונתו, אם הורשע בעבירה פלילית או בעבירת משמעת כאמור בסעיף 19ז, ולעניין חברה או שותפות – גם אם הורשע בעל מניה או שותף בעבירה כאמור.
