הלשכה תכיר בניסיון בעריכת דין בחוץ לארץ של מי שלא הוסמך לעריכת דין בחוץ לארץ לעניין סעיפים 35(ב) ו־38(א), שהוכיח, להנחת דעתה, בהתאם לאמות המידה שנקבעו לפי סעיף 25ו(א), כי עסק בעריכת דין בדומה לעיסוקו של עורך דין בישראל בשנים שלגביהן מבוקשת ההכרה.
