תיקון: תשנ״ד־3
על אף האמור בסעיף 26 רשאית המועצה הארצית באישור ועדת החוקה, חוק ומשפט של הכנסת לקבוע כללים לרישום מתמחה אף במועד מוקדם או מאוחר מהמועד שבו מתקיימים התנאים הקבועים בסעיף האמור.
