41א. דין מתמחה כדין עובד
תיקון: תשל״א־2, תשע״ד, תשפ״ד־2
(א)דינו של מתמחה, לכל דבר וענין למעט החיקוקים המפורטים בתוספת הראשונה, יהיה כדין עובדו של המאמן, ואם היה המאמן שכירו של אחר יראו את האחר כמעסיקו של המתמחה; סעיף זה אינו חל על חייל המתמחה בצבא־הגנה לישראל.
(ב)שר המשפטים, באישור ועדת העבודה של הכנסת, רשאי לשנות את התוספת הראשונה, להוסיף עליה ולגרוע ממנה.
