בית דין משמעתי מחוזי רשאי לבטל רישומו של חבר הלשכה בפנקס החברים ולבטל חברותו בלשכה, אם הוכח בפניו שהרישום הושג במרמה; על החלטת בית הדין המשמעתי לפי סעיף זה יחולו הוראות סעיף 70.
