הוראות חוק זה יחולו על חבר הלשכה שהושעה כשם שהן חלות על חבר הלשכה שחברותו בה מוגבלת כאמור בסעיף 52ב, ככל שאין בסעיפים 59ד ו־97 הוראות מיוחדות לענינו.
