52. סייג לחידוש חברות
על אף האמור בסעיף 51, מי שנידון להוצאה מן הלשכה לא יבקש חידוש חברותו לפני שעברו עשר שנים מהוצאתו, והלשכה רשאית, לפי שיקול דעתה, להסכים לחידוש החברות או לסרב לו.
