60א. חוות דעת מקדימה
תיקון: תשס״ח
(א)ועדת האתיקה הארצית רשאית לתת חוות דעת מקדימה בענייני משמעת של עורכי דין ומתמחים.
(ב)ועדת אתיקה מחוזית רשאית לתת חוות דעת מקדימה בענייני משמעת של עורכי דין לפי פנייה של עורך דין הרשום באותו מחוז, בעניין הנוגע אליו.
(ג)חוות דעת מקדימה של ועדת האתיקה הארצית תחייב את כל ועדות האתיקה המחוזיות.
