תיקון: תשמ״ז
ציווה בית משפט או מי שנתונה בידיו סמכות שפיטה לפי סעיף 1(ב) לחוק יסוד: השפיטה, על יושב ראש בית דין משמעתי להמציא תיק בית הדין או כל מסמך המצוי בו, ימציאם היושב ראש בצירוף הודעה בדבר סודיות הדיון.
