84. איסור שכר לפי תוצאות
(א)לא יתנה ולא יקבל עורך דין בעד שירותו במשפט פלילי שכר טרחה התלוי בתוצאות המשפט.
(ב)התנה או קיבל עורך דין שכר טרחה תלוי בתוצאות המשפט במשפט שאינו פלילי, ונראה ללשכה כי השכר מופרז, רשאית היא, על פי בקשת הלקוח, לקבוע את השכר המתאים.
(ג)נקבע תעריף מקסימלי לשכר טרחתו של עורך דין לפי חוק זה או בחיקוק אחר – אין רואים שכר בגבולות התעריף כשכר מופרז.
