89ב. המינוי כללי או מסוייג
תיקון: תשל״א
(א)המינוי יכול שיהיה כללי לכל עניניו המקצועיים של עורך הדין, או מסוייג לסוגי ענינים או לענינים מסויימים.
(ב)לא יתמנה ממונה לטפל בענין שהיה בטיפולו של עורך הדין אם הוא מייצג בו צד אחר בענין.
