89ה. סמכות הממונה
תיקון: תשל״א
דינו של ממונה, בענינים שנתמנה להם, כדין מי שקיבל את שליחותו מידי לקוחו של עורך הדין; אולם לא יהא מסמכותו של ממונה לטפל באלה:
(1)ענין שבו יש לעורך דין אחר יפוי כוח מטעם הלקוח והממונה ידע על כך;
(2)ענין שבו סירב הלקוח בהודעה בכתב שהממונה יטפל בו.
